The impact of our staff carrying out an apprenticeship has been huge. It's been a really positive experience. So the knowledge and the experiences that staff have had have been cascaded and shared with other staff and has improved their professional development. It's also been really useful for other leaders in the school who have had the opportunity to develop and implement other software and technologies to enable them to work in a more effective ways.
