Founder and driving force behind Primary Goal, Louise leads the mission to close the digital skills gap. She brings strategic vision and a commitment to long-term partnerships.
Jonathan is a business leader with extensive experience in developing high-performing teams and delivering learner-focused outcomes. He has deep knowledge of the UK education and training landscape, with expertise in launching programmes and building strong B2B channels across public and private sectors. Jonathan has led large multi-disciplinary teams, managed significant revenue portfolios, and advised senior executives on transformation projects. Passionate about digital skills, apprenticeships, and leadership development.
With over 25 years of apprenticeships and skills, Barbara has maintained the Primary Goals’ Ofsted Good grade and a DfE zero-risk rating. An experienced Ofsted Nominee and safeguarding ambassador, she drives accountability through data-led decision-making, ensuring quality and learners remain central to her transparent, coaching-led leadership style.
As CIO of Primary Goal, Steve's primary role is to drive continuous innovation. He is responsible for our curriculum and product development, which includes formulating and executing a strategic vision for our core offerings. He also focuses on business-wide improvements, ranging from creating new front-end solutions to achieving small marginal gains in our daily processes and the systems we use.
